Here is a bottled version of beer, which debuted during this year’s Beer Geek Madness and the last Savage. We had the feeling that only in bottles will it show its full power and in our opinion it is. After a few months of refermentation, you’ll soon get your hands on the Savage 005 – Imperial Wild Porter.
Let’s recall the idea: a few years ago we developed a base on which we like to experiment very much. Imperial Brown Porter, because we are talking about him, serves us even as the basis for the Meet The Barrel series. This time, the barrels of Bourbon were used to inoculate it with wild yeast.
Effect? Complex chocolate-hazelnut flavor decorated with the aroma of cherries, derived from the fermentation of savages. The beer has a rustic flair, but it is not sour. Perfectly feel porter base and wild blame. We are very curious about your reception.
