Grodziskie Piwobraniowe 2023 with pineapple and rosemary, created by Kacper Specyał, winner of the Grodzisk Home Beer Competition 2022, is an unusual beer with an interesting recipe. Describing the beer, we can say that it is not excessively sweet, since the pineapple juice was added at the fermentation stage, which allowed the yeast to consume the sugar it contains. As a result, the beer maintains a balance of taste, and is not too sweet.
This interpretation of the bulkhead is heavier than usual, suggesting that it has a more intense character. However, the addition of pineapple and rosemary still retains the airiness of this style of beer. Pineapple brings tropical notes and a slight sweetness to the beer, while rosemary adds herbal character and delicate bitterness. This combination of flavors and aromas creates a unique experience for beer drinkers.
