The old phrase “Mr. History” was widely used in colloquial speech, and this is how Grandfather Tadeusz addressed his friends when he talked to other farmers about the upcoming harvest, horses or politics.
This cider is special to us. From the beginning, we wanted to obtain semi-sweet cider, so we used the old Normandy method of fermentation on wild yeast at very low temperatures. What we have here is a combination of moderate acidity and sweetness and a pinch of alcohol crowning it. Beautiful sunny colour and perceptible bret aromas will take you straight to the Polish countryside. When the liquor breathes in the glass and opens (it has been aged for almost two years), there will also be delicate fruity notes of ripe apples.
Cider is made from wild yeast, without the addition of sulphur dioxide, the small content of which comes from the fruit and is the result of a natural fermentation process.

Cider Smykan is the work of the four founders of the Slow Flow Group. Wyspowy, as the name refers, is created in the Beskid Wyspowy in the agritourism of the Lorków family - Koziarnia. For the production of this cider, apple juice from old apple varieties - ruby, melanoza, eliza and champion was used. The cider is dry, undergoes double fermentation (the second takes place in the bottle), is unpasteurized and naturally cloudy.
