Dark oatmeal beer with five dark malts. Chocolate and coffee velvet harmony.
The taste of this beer consists of light malts, three types of caramel malts, roasted and roasted malt. The whole is complemented by the use of oatmeal giving it fullness and roundness. This beer has a low level of alcohol, but a very rich and complex taste. We will find in it: notes of caramel, chocolate, coffee intertwined with citrus-floral aromas of Cascade hops. Thanks to very calm fermentation and long aging, all the above-mentioned flavors create a harmoniously velvety composition.
