Copernicus is a beer that was inspired by the Olsztyn County, which covers its territory the former Olsztyn bailiffs, which Copernicus managed, and through the Holy Warmia Trail promotes our small homeland, with which the Great Astronomer has been associated throughout his adult life!
The beer itself was not supposed to refer to a specific event in Copernicus’ life or be a development of any thread from his life. It is supposed to be an excellent, tasty souvenir of the unique Copernican Year. We wanted to include Warmia and Toruń in this beer by combining local specialties and combining them in the climate of the cuisine of the Copernicus times (the turn of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance).
