Now the unique taste of Kormoran Jasny can also be enjoyed by people with gluten intolerance. It is true that raw materials containing gluten are used for brewing, but during fermentation it is broken down into simple proteins safe for gluten intolerants.
Just like in the original, the feature that determines the uniqueness of this beer is hops. When composing it, we used five varieties. Three of them are Polish varieties: bitter Marynka, bitter-aromatic Sybilla and extremely aromatic Lubelski, as well as the most famous varieties of our neighbors: Czech Žatecki and German Tettnanger. The low-fermented malt base adds a subtle sponge aftertaste.
