L’Brett d’Blueberry is a Golden Sour Ale ripened in oak barrels with blueberries from Washington.
We maintain the respected traditions used to produce wild Belgian lambics through natural fermentation with microflora native to our brewery. For our edition of Harvest 2016, we selected unique barrels to balance the slick addition of blueberries, expressing the Northwest Pacific territory where our fruit comes from, and a quality that reflects the skillful management of our partner farmers.
