Striking a balance between wine characteristics and fruit refraining, Surette Reserva combines the essence of our unique brewery. Produced in limited quantities, we manually select Surette Reserva from different batches that develop with unspecified complexity. We carefully select these batches for extra time in oak and secondary fermentation with high quality whole fruit. Thanks to the diversity in our beer seasons, each limited edition is an expression of the terroir from which our fruits come, the skillful management of the farmers we work with, and the rustic beer we produce.
