Cyklotem is our Imperial Stout, in which the main role is to be played by Zechstein salt. However, it is supposed to be a kind of “gray eminence” – not to dominate the profile, but effectively conquer the taste and aroma of the beer itself and other additives.
In our opinion, it turned out almost perfectly, because the most important thing is balance.

PRODUCENT - Gwarek
Browar Gwarek is the first craft brewery from Lubin - the heart of the Copper Belt - our hometown. The name of the brewery refers to the region where the Gwarks constitute a large part of the population :-), as well as to the legendary beer hall, which for years was a meeting place for the inhabitants of Lubin. The team of the brewery consists of a married couple - Kamila and Michał. In 2016, we began to be interested in home brewing, and after a few months we brewed our first brew at home. Over time, beer and brewing have become a big part of our lives and undoubtedly one of the greatest passions.
