Fusion is a beer in the style we refer to as West Coast Pils. Inspired by German pils and IPA from the west coast. For brewing we used German hops Hallertau Blanc, which gives soft, noble bitterness and a floral-herbal aromatic base. Cold-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc varieties. In the aroma we find a lot of white fruit, wine, kerosene, citrus and resin-pine notes. Bottom-fermented yeast guarantees a clean profile and enhances the hoppy side of the beer.
The taste is dry, light, bitter and very drinkable.

PRODUCENT - Gwarek
Browar Gwarek is the first craft brewery from Lubin - the heart of the Copper Belt - our hometown. The name of the brewery refers to the region where the Gwarks constitute a large part of the population :-), as well as to the legendary beer hall, which for years was a meeting place for the inhabitants of Lubin. The team of the brewery consists of a married couple - Kamila and Michał. In 2016, we began to be interested in home brewing, and after a few months we brewed our first brew at home.
