Half a Dozen is a real liquid cake! Triple Fruited Imperial Sour beer, prepared especially for the 6. birthday of the Beer Club, filled to the brim with pulps and juices from blackcurrant fruits, berries, plums, blackberries, whose sour flavors are conquered by acidification with lactic acid bacteria and the addition of salt. The cake character is complemented by vanilla notes and a large share of cocoa. Lactose is responsible for the treacherousness and high drinkability of beer.

PRODUCENT - Gwarek
Browar Gwarek is the first craft brewery from Lubin - the heart of the Copper Belt - our hometown. The name of the brewery refers to the region where the Gwarks constitute a large part of the population :-), as well as to the legendary beer hall, which for years was a meeting place for the inhabitants of Lubin. The team of the brewery consists of a married couple - Kamila and Michał. In 2016, we began to be interested in home brewing, and after a few months we brewed our first brew at home.
