HOPS PROCESSING PLANT ESSENCE Imperial Stout 10% 0.5L

Essence is an imperial stout, to which we added cocoa beans and coffee roasted by Gdańsk’s Nieczapla Coffee Roasters. The base was a dense, oily, classic RIS. In the first reception it seemed quite sweet, but after swallowing it surprised with a lot of bitterness. We decided that it is worth seasoning it, maintaining a balance between two elements. However, do not expect a sweetie that fits into current trends. Dark chocolate, plum and coffee are the dominant flavors and aromas of Essence. The beans from Honduras perfectly complemented the aromatic profile of our beer.
