There is a clear character of weizen, i.e. a large dose of cloves and a little less banana, and a boost in taste and smell of notes of spices and honey. It gives us a really festive character, liquid gingerbread, but so dry. Cinnamon, cloves, coriander, nutmeg. It does not seem watery, it does not have the sticky sweetness that the name could suggest. On the contrary, we have here a dry profile, and even the crisp sourness typical of wheatworms. High saturation – the foam almost managed to pour out of the neck after opening.
