Piątdrupel is an original recipe of Krzysztof “Josefik” Juszczak, having its roots from the times of home brewing. Piątdrupel is a hybrid of malt, full-bodied, classic barleywine with caramel, alcoholic Belgian Dark Strong Ale or Quadrupel. The common denominator is primarily a high extract and potency.
Beer with above-average alcohol content, which is masked by the sweetness penetrating from the addition of caramelized dark sugar and the spicy character resulting from fermentation with irreplaceable Belgian yeast.
Full taste, a comprehensive bouquet of aromas enriched with notes of noble alcohols resulting from many months of aging in oak bourbon barrels
