Have you heard of EDELHELL beer? They were invented about 100 years ago by R. Hoffmann, a brewer working for 44 years in the Warmian and Masurian breweries of the Daum family. It was he who was the forerunner of the industrialization of local brewing, introduced machines, bottom-fermented beers and progress to breweries. He was the father of our local first beer revolution. EDELHELL was a lager brewed for Plzeň fashion, the pinnacle of the brewing industry of the time, winner of international awards. This beer has become our inspiration… but…
Just as beer was standardized then, so we (as we usually do) go against the current. Our brewer used the opposite hops: aromatic Sybilla for bitterness, and Marynka for bitter aroma, and additionally cold hopping. Try how wonderfully delicate and velvety lager can be!
