This time we paired our favorite Citra with the German Mandarina Bavaria.
We used mandarina shyly a few weeks ago in Promyczek and it turned out unexpectedly well: citrus with an indication of lemon. To be honest, it turned out better than we expected. Therefore, we decided to give it a chance in larger quantities, letting go accompanied by a safety valve, i.e. the most stable Citra.
The result is a cloudy, fruity IPA. We have an uncharted future ahead of us and so many questions. Will Mandarina Bavaria show its claw again? Will Citra show her colleague a place in the line?

Originally, it was to be located in their hometown of Łódź, but due to the rental costs, they finally decided on nearby Pabianice. As I have childhood memories associated with this city, as soon as I found out about the location of the brewery, I decided to visit the Promised Land. Łukasz and Justyna are passionate and committed people who have invested all their savings in the brewery. Łukasz wants to stand out on the market primarily because he uses liquid yeast. As he said, the original plans were even more ambitious, because he wanted to use rarely used strains.
