The production of apple beer dates back to the traditions of ancestors. The Celts drank it abundantly during their harvest festival. The only thing we did was to extend the pleasure to this day by adding to our delicious lambic juice of several varieties of apples. A mixture of several selected varieties of apples and a young lambic, at least one year.
TASTE: Fruit beer with a pleasant balance between the sweetness of red apples, the freshness of green apples and the sweet and sour character of lambic. The first taste is spicy and full, but then the sweet notes of cider give way to a balance between a slightly sweet and sour taste.
