GAULOISE BRUIN

“Gauloise” is the first top-fermented beer brewed by the Du Bock brewery in the early twentieth century. At that time, Martin Belo, the founder of the brewery, drew inspiration from the Gallo-Roman attractions that were numerous in the region. His first masterpiece, a true achievement in the world of brewing, was a true Gallic beer – “Galois”.

“Galois” Brun is a dark Belgian beer with characteristic caramel and chocolate notes and delicate spice accents. The beer is made from a mixture of different varieties of dark malts (caramel and roasted) and special hops brewed by the brewery, thanks to which the taste of the beer can be felt with a distinct bitterness, especially in its aftertaste. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives the beer freshness and rich fruity notes.
