Besame mucho – a honey wine drink – in this case it is a product with a strength of 12.7% alcohol and sweetness higher than allowed by the regulations for trojniak mead, but we believe that in order to fully expose the richness of buckwheat honey, the sweetness must be sufficiently high :). The most traditional and honey from our current offer. Before fermentation, we gently caramelized the buckwheat honey to make its taste even more pronounced. On the nose and on the palate, buckwheat honey is in the foreground, additionally boosted by vanilla and a small addition of strawberry juice. Silver at the Mead Madness Cup 2024 in the sweet bochet category.
