Patron Silver tequila is made at Hacienda Patron, located in the Mexican state of Jalisco. Only the finest Weber Blue agave is used for this purpose. The production process is carried out in an artisanal way, using traditional methods, in small batches. Each bottle of this unique tequila is hand-numbered, which emphasizes its high quality and exclusivity.

The Patron brand was founded in 1989 by two entrepreneurs, John Paul DeJoria and Martin Crowley, who fell in love with tequila and decided to create a new category of spirits – ultra-premium tequila. Tequila - a high-proof Mexican alcoholic drink, made from the fermented juice of the blue agave (Agave tequilana). The name comes from the city of Tequila, the center of the production of the liquor. It is not entirely clear when distillation began to be used in Mexico, or before the arrival of the Spanish colonizers. It is known, however, that it was popularized in the 17th century after the arrival of Europeans. In Poland, it is common to drink tequila in glasses (so-called shots) together with various additives: Blanco ("silver tequila") - with salt and lemon (or lime) Oro ("gold tequila") - with cinnamon and orange (or the same as Blanco). The drinker first licks the salt/cinnamon sprinkled on the joint of the thumb and forefinger, then drinks the contents of the glass and bites on a lemon/orange/lime. In the case of aged tequila, it is consumed on its own, sipping from a special glass.
