PINTA Gamma acid 13,1° – we continue our journey through the sour world of beer. This time, when filling the tank, in addition to lactic acid bacteria, we added freshly squeezed juice from 1000 kg of raspberries to give Gamma an appetizing color, fruity smell and complex, malty-sour-raspberry taste. PINTA Gamma Acid – dessert without unnecessary sweetness!

Formula: Ziemowit Fałat & Paweł Masłowski.
Ingredients : Weyermann® barley malts: pale ale, pilsen, Carahell®; freshly squeezed juice from Polish raspberries; hops: Strisselspalt (FR), Tettnanger (DE), Amarillo® (USA); Lactobacillus Helveticus bacteria; yeast Safale™ US-05.
