This beer is a real dessert in a glass. After 12 months of fermentation in wine barrels, “Dzikus” has been enriched with the taste of Polish strawberries, which give it a distinct fruity and phenolic character and a delicate sourness at the finish.
This is a beer that can bring to mind grandma’s compote, albeit in a slightly fermented version, or the first days of the holidays – so light and refreshing. One thing is for sure – everyone, regardless of their taste preferences, will love strawberries.
“The Block” will be distributed together with BLOOM 2023 and two more premieres, which we will learn more about next week. It is a beer that is sure to provide a unique taste experience.
