WĄSOSZ SEAN – Dry Stout with raspberry

This beer has a deep black color, with subtle hints of raspberry ruby that are visible under the light. The foam is brown in color and forms a low layer, which consists mainly of small bubbles, but a few larger bubbles can be seen on the surface. The foam quickly perforates, leaving trace islands with thick blisters, and forms a modest ring on the glass, leaving abundant and even marks.

The aroma of this beer is dominated by delicate raspberry notes, which are combined with light roasted notes and subtle coffee. Raspberries are aromatic, but they do not overpower other scents.

The taste of “WĄSOSZ SEAN Malinowe Dry Stout” combines mild roastiness with hints of raspberries, which give the beer a fruity sweetness. There are also hints of cereal coffee and a slight hint of dark dark chocolate in the taste. The raspberry sweetness is well balanced with a slight sourness. At the finish, there is a pleasant, mild and short bitterness.
