MUSTACHE SEAN – Dry Stout

This beer has a deep black color, but when it is illuminated, you can see numerous flashes of brown-ruby. The foam is brown in color and forms a small layer about a centimeter thick when poured. The foam is mostly made up of tiny bubbles, but you may notice a few larger bubbles at the top. The foam perforates quickly, leaving trace islands with thick blisters and forms a modest ring that leaves abundant and even marks on the walls of the glass.

The aroma of this beer is very delicate, with light roast notes and a delicate hint of roasted coffee that is slightly noticeable in the distance, together with subtle touches of caramel.

The taste of “WĄSOSZ SEAN Dry Stout” combines a mild roast with notes of cereal coffee and a touch of dark, dark chocolate. There is also a slight hint of sourness that gives way at the finish, replaced by a pleasant, mild and short bitterness. The beer is poorly saturated, which emphasizes its delicate and velvety taste.
