Tequila Rooster Rojo is produced in the Fabrica de Tequilas Finos distillery, located in the city of Tequila in Jalisco, Mexico, at the foot of the volcano called Tequila.

It is a relatively new tequila factory, founded in 2000, although it is located in an old colonial-era building, dating back to 1923. Tequila is made here from 100 percent Blue Weber agave, which comes from Jalisco. Distilled twice in stainless steel stills.

Tequila with an unprecedented combination with pineapple. For over a year, Master Distiller experimented with different types of pineapples and different levels of roasting until he found the perfect balance between the character of the fruit and smoky aromas. Only Spanish red pineapples are used here, due to their unique flavor profile.

Beautiful, amber color, in the nose noticeable notes of roasted pineapple, smoky wood and roasted agave. The taste is a perfect balance between sweet, dried pineapple, ripe banana, with an accent of agave and oak. Long finish with notes of pineapple and smoke.

PRODUCENT -  Tequila

Tequila - a high-proof Mexican alcoholic drink, made from the fermented juice of the blue agave (Agave tequilana). The name comes from the city of Tequila, the center of the production of the liquor. It is not entirely clear when distillation began to be used in Mexico, or before the arrival of the Spanish colonizers. It is known, however, that it was popularized in the 17th century after the arrival of Europeans. In Poland, it is common to drink tequila in glasses (so-called shots) together with various additives: Blanco ("silver tequila") - with salt and lemon (or lime) Oro ("gold tequila") - with cinnamon and orange (or the same as Blanco). The drinker first licks the salt/cinnamon sprinkled on the joint of the thumb and forefinger, then drinks the contents of the glass and bites on a lemon/orange/lime. In the case of aged tequila, it is consumed on its own, sipping from a special glass.
