We brewed a dark, decadent wheat-style beer made from the chocolate malt of wheat to highlight the richness passed on by aging the barrel. Then we divided the beer into three ingredients, putting them in new American oak barrels with varying degrees of barrel toast and char. This edition presents toast, cocoa and woody notes of spices contributed to aging in lightly roasted oak barrels. Taste it side by side with its medium toast and alligator counterparts for a full journey of aging the barrel
