“THREE BUDDIES MIDWEST SESSION IPA” is a new beer that was created as a combination of West Coast IPA and Hazy IPA influences, thus creating a style called Midwest IPA. This version, however, is a Session Midwest IPA, which means it’s lighter and more session-oriented.
The malt base of this beer is Pilsner malt, but oat malt and wheat and oat flakes have also been added to give it its characteristic “hazy” texture. The beer is velvety and juicy, but not too sweet.
The aroma and bitterness are created by three fantastic American hops: El Dorado, HBC 630 and Loral. This combination brings notes of watermelon to the fore, as well as aromas of fresh lime and tangerine juice. The whole is complemented by pleasant, slightly sweet floral and pear notes. This beer is extremely drinkable, well balanced, with a juiciness and fullness that is not overpowering, and with a distinct herbal bitterness.
“THREE BUDDIES MIDWEST SESSION IPA” has 12.5% extract and 4.4% alcohol. It is available in 500 ml cans and kegs. This beer is available in Poland and is quickly disappearing from shops and pubs, so it’s worth hurrying up with your purchase
