Waszczukowe RIS from Barrel Aged Forest

The Russian imperial stout after half a year of aging and a year in oak bourbon barrels Widow Jane is characterized by the aroma of bitter, dark chocolate and dried red fruit. The complex flavor profile, mainly coffee-chocolate, gives the effect of fullness and oiliness. Long aging in an oak barrel gives it a guilty character and pleasantly accentuates the warming effect of alcohol. Roasted malts give more bitterness and black color with brown reflections.
