Konicek

The Koníček microbrewery was founded in 2006 by the brewer Mojmír Velký, who, after graduating from a brewing school and later a malt house in the nearby brewery in Nošovice, went his own way and started brewing beer in his small, independent microbrewery. Exactly on June 2, 2006, in a small 250-liter brewery, the first batch of beer was ceremonially brewed, Ryzák 11% light lager from the cask. In July of the following year, beer began to flow in the inn and boarding house Matka U Koníčka. In August, the first batch of Vraník was cooked, on Christmas of the same year our last regulars saw the semi-dark specialty Grošák 14%. Since Christmas 2006, brewers drink only local beer, which replaced the traditional beers from the Nošovice brewery.
