It is brewed by the top-fermentation method. That is, special strains of yeast are used for its production. They cause that the fermentation process takes place at a higher temperature, and the beer contains a greater amount of esters, which are the key to a characteristic, richer bouquet. The aroma is noticeable classic notes of ripe bananas and cloves, which are harmoniously balanced by bitterness. Light straw color. The taste is delicate, refreshing. The lack of filtration makes the beer naturally cloudy. It has a rich foam characteristic of the style.

The history of wheat beer dates back to the beginnings of brewing. From the Sumerians through the Babylonians, Egyptians to brewers in monastery and court breweries. In Poland, it was also known from the earliest times and dominated until the eighteenth century. It was only the popularization of the bottom fermentation method that made barley beers popular, which successively displaced wheat beers from the market not only in Poland, but also in Europe.
