Bavarian brewers have been masters in their profession for centuries, which is why they brew excellent Piła beers. Indeed, it was a Bavarian master brewer who brewed the first beer using the Pilsen method in Pilsen! The shimmering bright yellow Ayinger Bairisch Pils smells of aromatic hops from the “Hallertau” region of Bavaria (only these are used in Ayinger beer specialties!). The beer is strongly fermented and therefore smooth in the initial taste sensation, but also mild and sparkling in content. Our pils is accentuated by the floral aroma of hops and has a more pronounced bitterness when swallowed, which quickly disappears from the taste buds.

PRODUCENT - Ayinger
Beer in Bavaria has been of exceptionally high value since time immemorial. It is not only the proverbial "liquid bread", but also the social "cement" of our culture, in which values such as cordiality, community, honesty, reliability and solidarity with the Homeland play a primary role. Deep roots in our region, deepened by generations, are the nutritional base of the Ayinger brewery. The quality of our beer, consistently awarded with numerous awards for excellence, is consistently based not only on the selected ingredients of our region and the possibilities of our brewing art. Equally important is the spirit, the way of thinking, the very values with which we have been doing our craft for over 130 years.
