This nostalgic beer specialty, which can easily be counted among the traditional Old Bavarian beers, is brewed to commemorate the good old days and in honor of the founder of the brewery, Johann Liebhard. A special feature of “Kellerbier” is a slight yeast turbidity and a pleasantly bitter taste. Because it is bottled unfiltered, many of the natural protein components, yeast and hops remain in the beer. Thanks to this, it retains its original character, and the beer connoisseur can appreciate the full taste offered by this very drinkable beer. In addition, yeast rich in vitamins and minerals also contributes greatly to meeting the nutritional requirements of good health.
