This dark chestnut brown Doppelbock is served only from November to the end of January. Complex process of three mashes, use of four types of malt and storage time
16 weeks provides a full, full taste with a predominance of malt.
Despite the high original content of wort, there is almost no trace of sweetness, which is often heavy in the case of Doppelbock. The first drink has a mild fullness with an accompanying coffee note, which dominates the aftertaste. A real taste experience for winter evenings by candlelight and by open fire!
