We are pleased to introduce the second of our common children from Wieliczka Vineyard. It is Potion marked with the number #23.
The base of this beer is Imperial Stout. Thick, chocolate, pleasantly roasted, with marked bitterness. He spent approx. half a year in Bourbon Wild Turkey barrels, which gave notes of vanilla and distillate.
As an addition, we chose dried marc of white and red grapes. This product is formed during the pressing of the must. At the end of the process, it is dried into “chips”, which have a lot of grape and stone accents in them. Contrary to appearances, they are also quite sweet, which is why they captivated us when we tried them for the first time. The beer brought the expected notes of dark fruit and a specific drupe.
