Stary Sad is produced according to traditional methods, also used in the production of sparkling grape wines. For production, we used only freshly pressed apple juice, from selected apples, without the addition of water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.
Cider produced by slow fermentation (approx. 3 months) at low temperature. After bottling and closing with a natural stopper, refermented in a bottle and matured approx. 6 months. Cider is not pasteurized or filtered.
EYE: Straw with a slightly golden note.
NOS: Freshly pressed apples, fruity intensity broken by a hint of baked apple.
MOUTH: Essential, with a slight acidity, rounded.

PRODUCENT - Cider
Cider Smykan is the work of the four founders of the Slow Flow Group. Wyspowy, as the name refers, is created in the Beskid Wyspowy in the agritourism of the Lorków family - Koziarnia. For the production of this cider, apple juice from old apple varieties - ruby, melanoza, eliza and champion was used. The cider is dry, undergoes double fermentation (the second takes place in the bottle), is unpasteurized and naturally cloudy.
