Smykan is a dry cider obtained from old varieties of apple trees of the Beskid Wyspowy, mainly from the antonówka variety, enriched with the addition of cherries. All fruits come entirely from ecological orchards in the Beskids, guaranteeing naturalness and high quality of ingredients.
This cider is a natural product, without the addition of sulfites, which emphasizes its authenticity and traditional character. It is also unfiltered and unpasteurized, which allows you to maintain the highest quality and preserve the natural properties of the fruit.
It is worth noting that natural sediment can be present in cider, which is completely normal and proves its authenticity. Cooling the cider before serving is recommended to fully enjoy its taste and refreshing character.

Cider Smykan is the work of the four founders of the Slow Flow Group. Wyspowy, as the name refers, is created in the Beskid Wyspowy in the agritourism of the Lorków family - Koziarnia. For the production of this cider, apple juice from old apple varieties - ruby, melanoza, eliza and champion was used. The cider is dry, undergoes double fermentation (the second takes place in the bottle), is unpasteurized and naturally cloudy.
