Since 2017, Duvel Tripel Hop Citra has been constantly available, but that hasn’t stopped Duvel brewers from creating another limited edition beer this year. Brewers are always looking for ways to innovate, and this year they once again managed to return with an original flavor blend from 2019 made from an exclusive hop variety: “Cashmere”.
Last year, for the first time, Duvel Tripel Hop was brewed with the unique Cashmere hop variety and was a huge success. The limited edition specialty beer disappeared from the shelves and many beer lovers missed. Encouraged by the popular demand for brewing a new batch, brewers decided to reuse hops with limited availability in 2020. From March this year, the cold hopped Duvel Tripel Hop Cashmere special beer will be available again. Together with Duvel Tripel Hop Citra, this beer will be available. From March, the Duvel Tripel Hop Cashmere will be sold by beer dealers and supermarkets.

PRODUCENT - Duvel
In addition to pure spring water, which is the main ingredient of beer, barley is the most important raw material. The barley must germinate for five days in the malting house, after which the malt remains. The color of malt, and therefore of beer, depends on the temperature. Duvel gets its typical bitterness by adding different varieties of aromatic Slovenian and Czech hops. We use only exclusive hops, which are famous for their consistently excellent quality.
