KOMES CZWÓRNY is an extraordinary beer that we created to celebrate 125 years of brewing specialties by the Fortuna Brewery. This is a unique specialty: a strong beer with a wonderful amber color, cold hopped with a composition of several hop varieties. Brewed with the addition of malt roasted in the Fortuna Brewery, in accordance with over 100 years of craft tradition of the brewery. A liquor whose bouquet and taste will also change over time thanks to the use of a natural, laborious method of re-fermentation in the bottle. It captivates with fruity notes with hop-resinous and roasted accents.

TIME IS ITS MOST VALUABLE INGREDIENT

Over the course of 18 months of shelf life, Komes changes its taste.

We brewed our beers unhurriedly, devoting a lot of time and care to them – enjoy them in the same way, let them be the source of your lazy pleasure. Beer matured in a bottle.
Unpasteurized beer.

Non-mainstream beers Specialty brewing is part of the brewery's strategy, moving away from mainstream beers in favor of special beers. Our beers are prepared with exceptional care to reproduce the most characteristic features of the style, with the use of unique technologies and raw materials, with respect for tradition, they are aged for a long time. Open fermentation - a unique method of brewing beer The Fortuna Brewery in Miłosław is one of the few breweries in Poland where traditional, open fermentation vats are used. Beer in open vats is fermented the way nature intended: without unnecessary acceleration, traditionally, with attention to the taste of beer. Thanks to the free access to oxygen, the yeast has ideal conditions for development, which results in a unique, fresh taste and rich aroma of real beer.
