Limited edition, only 18,000 bottles were made. Due to the manual packaging process, we will process the order from November 21, 2022.

The fourth edition of Komes Wymrozażany is the essence of Barley Wine beer – valued for its complex aroma and taste medalist of the European Beer Star 2018.

The freeze process was enhanced by citrus, fruity and rich malt notes characteristic of the style. Aging the drink in fresh Old Forester bourbon barrels brought strong notes of vanilla, coconut and spices, which harmoniously combined with the beer base.

TIME IS ITS MOST VALUABLE INGREDIENT

Despite long months in oak barrels, even after bottling Komes Frozen Barley Wine slowly changes its taste, becoming more and more complex, thanks to slow oxidation processes. Decide how much your Komes will mature.

Non-mainstream beers Specialty brewing is part of the brewery's strategy, moving away from mainstream beers in favor of special beers. Our beers are prepared with exceptional care to reproduce the most characteristic features of the style, with the use of unique technologies and raw materials, with respect for tradition, they are aged for a long time. Open fermentation - a unique method of brewing beer The Fortuna Brewery in Miłosław is one of the few breweries in Poland where traditional, open fermentation vats are used. Beer in open vats is fermented the way nature intended: without unnecessary acceleration, traditionally, with attention to the taste of beer. Thanks to the free access to oxygen, the yeast has ideal conditions for development, which results in a unique, fresh taste and rich aroma of real beer.
