KOMES PORTER BAŁTYCKI SHERRY OLOROSO is a limited edition of our medal Baltic porter. This time, the beer was aged for many months with flakes from the sherry Oloroso barrel – one of the varieties of the famous, fortified wine from the Spanish region of Jerez.
The flakes from the sweet sherry barrel gave the beer not only woody and vanilla accents, but above all a hint of wine and a delicate fruity bouquet with cherry at the forefront.

Over the course of 18 months of shelf life, Komes changes its taste.
We brewed our beers unhurriedly, devoting a lot of time and care to them – enjoy them in the same way, slowly discovering the richness of its flavor. Pasteurized beer.
