Cassis Lindemans is a lambic-based fruit beer that spontaneously resembles wine thanks to its shades of dark purple and aromas. The taste of Cassis Lindemans on the palate is unique: intense and sparkling with a sweet and sour finish.
Lambic at least annual, in which the filtrate of carefully selected black currants is macerate.
TASTE: Black currant aromas prevail over all other fragrances. On the palate, it tastes very sweet with good acidity and a bold aftertaste of black currant, which gives a dry woody note.
