As the name suggests, Pecheresse is a lambic beer enriched with peach juice. And this fruity lambic is a real peach! It’s nice to drink at any time of the day. Or on a sunny patio. Personally, I like it with my friends.
Young lambic, at least annual, in which 30% of fresh peach filtrates are macerated
TASTE: Fresh fruit beer with a golden color. It has a bright and full taste, as well as a pleasant balance between the sweet taste of peach and the sourness of lambic.
FOOD EVAPORATION:
– Salad: Nice salad, Waldorf salad
– Meat: grilled chicken, caramelized pork, Peking duck
– Cheese: goat cheese soufflés
– Dessert: Peach Melba, sorbet, Belgian waffles, pancakes
