This craft interpretation of Bavarian hefe-weisse beer was created by Jeff Maisel, a brewing enthusiast and co-owner of the brewery. It is the work of the youngest generation of Franconian brewery family with over 200 years of tradition.
Beer with a high alcohol content refined with a special blend of hops. On the one hand, the classic weisse, and on the other, surprisingly different. Strong notes of black currant harmonize with oriental spices. At the finish, there are fruity and spicy aftertastes bathed in creamy foaminess.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C (note: beer cooled in the fridge to 5-6°C is heated by 1-2 degrees during serving)
Glass: as for any noble beer, a goblet with a large and bulging bowl tapering towards the top, which we first fill to the height of the widest point or approx. 1/3 for tasting and developing aromas, and then complete by. Taste. A large red wine goblet can be used.
Suitable for: baked with spices, long-ripening cheeses and chocolate desserts.
