Beer created by Stefan Sattian – brewer, fruit farmer, winemaker and sommelier.
Beer with a high alcohol content with pleasantly dosed, noble hop bitterness with a fresh, fruity flavor profile. Inspiring and exotic. It surprises with citrus notes and fruity aftertaste. At the finish you can smell forest honey and caramelized malts.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C (note: beer cooled in the fridge to 5-6°C is heated by 1-2 degrees during serving)
Glass: as for any noble beer, a goblet with a large and bulging bowl tapering towards the top, which we first fill to the height of the widest point or approx. 1/3 for tasting and developing aromas, and then complete by. Taste. A large red wine goblet can be used.
Suitable for: burgers, baked, pasta with tomato sauces.
