Kazimierz Jinx Wild Sour Ale Jinx is a unique beer with the characteristics of sour wild ale. It is a beer that has undergone the process of maturing in a red wine barrel from the Burgundy region. During ageing, the beer acquires rich aromas and flavors that are characteristic of this type of barrel process.

Jinx is inoculated with a mixture of yeast and bacteria that are typically used to ferment lambic-style beers. This gives the beer its distinctive, acidic flavor profile. The beer is dark, which suggests the presence of dark malts in the recipe. It is unfiltered, which means that it retains the full flavors and aromas naturally found in beer. Short pasteurization helps to preserve the shelf life of the beer.

The result of this process is a beer with a complex flavor in which you can expect wine notes from barrel to red wine, combined with acidic accents characteristic of the sour ale style. This beer can be a real pleasure for lovers of beers with a refined taste and interesting aroma combinations.

PRODUCENT -  Kazimierz

The Kazimierz Brewery took its name from Kazimierz Wielki, who built a still existing castle in nearby Niepołomice. An interesting thing, because, for example, this name does a lot of good in the Lublin region, where it is identified with another historic place, i.e. the famous Kazimierz on the Vistula. Well, maybe in such a situation it's not worth leading the interested parties out of the error. Krzysztof and Mateusz started in 2016 as a contract project, brewing in the breweries in Szczyrzyc. Since 2018, they have been on their own, in a magnificent building located on the border of the communes of Zakrzów and Podłęże near Kraków.
