Brokreacja IPA is a collaborative beer created in cooperation with other Polish breweries. This is a reflection of the commitment and passion that these breweries put into the brewing process.
Cold IPA is an interesting style that combines IPA characteristics with lower temperature fermentation techniques, typical of lagers. The result is a beer with intense hop aromas and a pure, clear colour.
In addition, a combination of top- and bottom-fermented yeast was used in IPA Brocreation. This unconventional method introduces new elements to the flavor profile of beer, creating a unique and exciting composition.
