THE PINT OF THE MONTH FOR NOVEMBER 2022 IS AN OLD FRIEND SIMCOE® IN THE STYLE OF WEST COAST DIPA.
In 2022, we return to the roots – rediscovering the classics. And with Simcoe® hops for the last teen years we have had the opportunity to make friends. Thanks to its properties, it repays with both solid bitterness AND rich aroma, bringing a large dose of citrus and resinous and herbal notes to IPA beers.
