Wine Imperial Baltic Porter aged in 2017/2018 in Bordeaux red wine barrels and Pedro Ximenez barrels.
Taste: Staring at the rich, barrel-shaped notes of oak, cloves and vanilla Château Noir, it will lead you along a moonlit path through its own vineyard, plucking the sweet, jam flavors of blackberries and raisins along the way, with hints of tart cherry and wine tannins to consume as the beer heats up. Finally, you are struck by the delightful finish of dark chocolate and cascara, with delicate aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle, as the night closes around you.
Appearance: raven black with a dark brown head.
Aroma: Smoked plums, pomegranate molasses and sweet cranberries in caramel, with a delicate hint of warming winter spices invite you inside.
