Limited edition Pime Öö aged in sherry casks.
Taste: Big and bold, Pedro Ximenez immediately gives the impression. Luxuriously sweet, with a heavy presence of cherries and chocolate. The raisin character of the aroma appears again, smoothly moving along the tongue. It tastes best by the fireplace.
Appearance: raven black with a short, light brown head of ruby color.
Aroma: the smell of dates, raisins, cranberries and, above all, sherry overwhelms the room. Blackcurrant jam, smooth chocolate and the slightly roasted character of oak appear later, while sweet malts and a little alcohol close the aroma.
