Bush Set (2 x Caractere + 2 x Triple + POKAL) – Belgium

Introduced in 1933 under the name “Bush Beer”, it is one of the oldest specialty beers in Belgium and the flagship brand of the Dubuisson Brasserie.

Bush Caractère is a filtered top-fermented beer made from malt, hops, natural sugars, water from its own underground brewery source and exclusive household yeast, cultivated for 80 years.

The distinct bittersweet taste of this beer, its delicate flavor structure and characteristic amber color are due to the caramel malt used and the knowledge and patience of the master brewer (beer rests from four to six weeks). The high density – the proportion of malt – and active house-yeast make it one of the strongest Belgian beers with an alcohol content of 12%.

Saturated CO2 Bush Caractère is easily digestible and is an excellent aperitif or digesting beer after dinner.

The Bush Triple was introduced in 2008.

This is the Bush Triple, which is again fermented in 75cl bottles. This bottle refermentation process makes the already very rich flavors of Bush Triple explode on your tongue.

The beer has a natural yeast veil and has an extremely round and soft character.

With its gorgeous silkscreen print bottle and champagne-style cork, the Bush Triple has a whole grand cru class.
